How it works

A visual starting point, built around your choices.

Try a New Smile uses a front-facing photo to create an editable 2D preview of the visible smile zone. The face remains your original photograph.

01

Add a clear smile photo

Choose a front-facing photo with even light and the teeth visible. The current studio processes the image in your browser.

02

Place an editable smile

The prototype positions a controllable tooth set over the visible smile area. You can change size, vertical position, curve, shade and blend.

03

Compare, then decide what to ask

Switch between before and after and download a preference image. A dentist still needs to assess clinical feasibility separately.

It can help you explore
  • Visible tooth shape
  • Overall smile width
  • Shade direction
  • Smile curve
  • Aesthetic preferences
It cannot confirm
  • Diagnosis or treatment need
  • Bone or gum condition
  • Bite and function
  • Implant position
  • Final treatment outcome
A better source photo

Good input keeps the comparison honest.

The simulator cannot recover details hidden by blur, shadow, filters or a closed-lip expression.

Use

Soft front light, a level camera, a relaxed tooth-showing smile and the original photo file.

Avoid

Beauty filters, direct flash, very close wide-angle selfies, tilted head position and compressed screenshots.

Compare

Return to normal face size. Save two or three restrained versions rather than chasing one dramatic result.

About the preview

What happens to the image and what the result means.

Does the tool upload my photo?

The current public prototype processes the image in your browser. Creating and downloading a preview does not require uploading it to us.

Why is the smile layer editable?

Editable controls make it easier to compare a small number of visible changes without regenerating or changing the rest of your face.

Can the preview be used as a dental plan?

No. It is an educational aesthetic reference and cannot assess health, function, anatomy or treatment suitability.
